Plans and permits
Not sure which one?
Up, back or into the attic
- 01
Into the attic
The shortest build and the least change to the outside. Limited by headroom and by where the stair can go.
- 02
Out the back
Adds floor area on the ground, next to the kitchen and yard. Limited by the rear-yard setback and the lot.
- 03
Up a full floor
The most new room on the smallest lot. Limited by what the walls and foundation can carry and by the height limit.
We say which one fits your house after the site visit, in writing.
Not sure which one fits?
The site visit answers it. We measure, look and tell you in writing.
